Corn is good for diabetic patients. It has plenty of insoluble fibre which reduces cholesterol. This reduces constipation and prevents large intestines from cancer. So lets use corn very frequently. Today lets learn how to make corn dosa ..
Ingredients:
Corn – 1/2 cup
Rice -2 cups
Green chillies -4
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Salt -as required
Oil – 1/4 cup
Wash rice and soak in water for an hour. Now grind the rice along with corn kernels into fine paste. Add finely chopped green chillies, cumin seeds and salt as required and mix well. Heat a tava and prepare thin dosas with the batter. Put little oil on corners and fold it . Serve hot with coconut or tomato chutney..

Mona,, I used fresh sweetcorn for this dosa .We can make some changes also. cornflour with rice flour. Grinding greenchillies, little ginger along with corn and rice. or add little grated carrot to the dosa batter..:)
