Chilly evening. everybody would want to have some hot snacks with coffee and enjoy the cool weather.Normally we like to have freshly fried snacks like pakodi etc.. onion pakodi or palak pakodi can be made in less time.I tried to try this onion pakodi with little difference. lets c what is that??

Noodles and onion fritters. I am sure even kids would love to eat this as we are adding their favourite noodles.. You can use noodles , vermicelli or even maggi noodles boiled without adding spices..

Ingredients :
Onions – 4
Boiled noodles – 1 cup
Curry leaves -3 sprigs
Coriander leaves – 2 sprigs
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chillie powder -1 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Salt – as required
Oil -to deep fry

Finely chop the onions. Take onions in a bowl and add chopped curry leaves , coriander leaves, boiled noodles, turmeric powder, red chillie powder, garam masala powder, Coriander leaves, salt as per ur taste and mix well. Heat oil in a kadai or wok . Take the mixture in ur hands and just sprinkle in oil freely. dont drop as balls. Fry on medium heat till they are golden brown in color. Serve hot with pickle or tomato sauce…
I just tried this recipe and the plate is empty leaving only one peice for me. Actually i had the maggi noodles lying idle for long time. so used them like this.. kids are surprised to see noodles in fritters..

do the noodles come out crispy in this process or are they still a little soft in the center?
