Now a days  many kids, youngsters and working people are addicted to junk food like burgers, pizzas, noodles  etc.  But the use of sauces and cheese are not good for health in long run.  We get bored to eat noodles with vegetables etc in chinese flavour. So lets    prepare noodles in Indian flavour.

Ingredients :

Noodles -250 gms

Boiled and shredded chicken peices – 1/2cup

Onion -1 small

Turmeric -pinch

Red chillie powder – 1 tsp

Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp

Salt -as requried

Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp

Aji -No-Moto – pinch

Cardamoms -3

Cloves-4

Cinnamon – 1 “stick

Caraway seeds/shahijeera -1/2 tsp

Oil – 4 tbsp

Boil a litre of water and add noodles. When they are 3/4th cooked remove and strain the water using colander. Add plenty of cold water to it to stop the further cooking of noodles. Now add a spoon of oil to the noodles and mix well. This will  prevent them from sticking.. Heat oil in a pan and fry the finely  chopped onions till they are soft. Add turmeric and ginger garlic paste and fry a little. Now add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon ,  shahijeera , red chilie powder and mix well. Add shredded chicken , mix with the spices and saute for few minutes. Now add the noodles along with salt as required  and toss with other ingredients. Saute on high flame for two minutes and serve hot with tomato sauce.

You can also prepare this noodles with mutton kheema,  fried prawns and thinly sliced vegetables like carrot, cabbage, beans, spring onions etc.. or even soya granules.. sometimes paneer sticks. Its all in our hands. :)
