We use chicken in mainly in main course along with rice or rotis. I tried a different version this time.  Tried using mince chicken to make an easy snack with less ingredients and delicious too ..


Chicken mince – 250 gms

Onion – 1

Green chillies – 3

Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

Red chillie powder – 1 tsp

Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp

Salt – as required

Corn flour – 2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp

Oil – to fry

Take the chicken mince, finely chopped onion, green chillies,coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, corn flour , red chillie powder,garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well . Make small balls of this mixture and flatten them to any shape of your choice. Heat a non stick pan and spread some oil. Shallow fry the cutlets on medium heat  till it turns golden brown on both sides.  You can even deep fry the  cutlets or grill in microwave oven. Its your choice . Serve hot with tomato sauce.. Preparation is very easy and enjoyable by young and old specially kids would enjoy them as a different snack ..
